Welcome Packet

It’s time for the conference. We pray you will be blessed for participating. We thank you for allowing us to plan, prepare and remember what we have been given. May God bless each of us with a greater understanding of what the Lord is doing in our day.

Update Monday 4-29-19: Most of the audio and much of the video recordings of the conference have beeen posted on restoration archives. Denver has made his paper on Civilization available on his site. Transcripts of the talk and the Q&A should be available in the coming weeks. The audio of the Adolpho’s presentation is also on the archives.

The forecast has improved. The temperatures are expected to reach 70 degrees this weekend at Camp Cedaredge. Hundreds of attendees to the conference have signed up for the various breakout sessions on Saturday. The live video feed has been set up and is ready for those who are planning to watch the conference on Sunday. The organizers are ecstatic about the quality of the questions submitted for Denver to address that day.

Arrangements for the Passover dinner on Friday are complete. So many people signed up that the organizers had to close off the RSVPs and split the dinner into two sessions. The much anticipated completion of the scriptures project will be reviewed, discussed and an additional section presented for a vote on Sunday. Youth Activities have been planned and a map of the camp has been posted along with the directions to the two venues.

Welcome Packet

The conference welcome packet is now available online as is the master schedule. In the welcome packet you will find Wi-Fi  passwords, childcare information and details of the hikes. We have added two new pages to gather feedback and for sharing memories. We hope you will take plenty of pictures and share them with us for posting to that page. The theme of the conference is the temple but we expect to review all we have received.

Last Minute Reminders

The organizers would like to remind those who have confirmed reservations for lodging to be sure to bring their own bedding. If you have them available, please bring camp chairs for the breakout sessions. There are so many attendees that the camp cannot guarantee a seat for everyone at each of the breakout sessions. Camp chairs will help. We also plan to turn off the signups for the breakouts but will leave them online to view.

That’s it. It’s time for the conference. We pray you will be blessed for participating. We thank you for allowing us to plan, prepare and remember what we have been given. May God bless each of us with a greater understanding of what the Lord is doing in our day.
