Conference Master Schedule

On this page you will find the conference master schedule for the three days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 19-21 April 2019.

Update Monday 4-29-19: Most of the audio and much of the video recordings of the conference have beeen posted on restoration archives. Denver has made his paper on Civilization available on his site. Transcripts of the talk and the Q&A should be available in the coming weeks. The audio of the Adolpho’s presentation is also on the archives.


Friday 19 April 2019

5:00 – Camp open for arrivals – Check-in (in front of fireside room)
5:45 – Passover activities beginwith a few introductory comments and explanations.
Because of the large number of RSVP’s (450), the dinner has been split into two groups
Group one is in the chapel from 5:45 to 6:45 and in the dining hall from 6:55 to 7:55
Group two is in the dining hall from 5:45 to 6:45 and in the chapel from 6:55 to 7:55
8:00 – The Sacrament will be administered in the chapel for both groups
8:30 – Camp check-in desk for the room assignments will open
9:00-10:30 – Free time – bonfire and setup chairs for the Saturday breakout sessions

Saturday 20 April 2019

6:45-7:45am – Sunrise hike / Baptisms / Yoga (meet at fireside room)
8:00 – Check-in for those arriving Saturday (meet in front of fireside room)
8:00-8:30 – Breakfast for those who stayed the night (RSVP)
9:00 – Conference begins, opening session, song & prayer
(meet in chapel, youth in fireside room)
9:10 – Scripture Committee presentation
10:00 – Restoration Archives presentation
10:15 – Breakout explanation, song & prayer
11:00-12:15 – First breakout session
12:30-1:00 – Lunch served (30 minutes only – RSVP)
1:45-2:50 – Second breakout session
3:00-4:10 – Third breakout session
4:20-5:20 – Fourth breakout session
5:30-6:00 – Dinner served (30 minutes only – RSVP)
6:30-9:00 – Group baptism
7:30-8:30 – Singing practice for Sunday performance
7:30-midnight – Visit, dance, games, bonfire, free time

6:00–6:30am – Sunrise hike (Colorado Monument)
8:00 – Checkout at Camp Cedaredge
9:00 – Program start in Grand Junction
Prayer, special congregational hymn, Sacrament
Easter Message / Resurrection memorial
9:55 – Business: Scripture Committee and vote
10:10-12:10 – Presentation by Denver Snuffer
Closing Song – Agnus Dei, 10-minute break
12:30 – Q&A session with Denver Snuffer
1:00 – Closing prayer, Lunch
2:30 – Presentation by Adolphos (at Avalon Theater)
4:00 – Conference adjourns
